CANCELLATION POLICY

-50% of chargrills of the reserve service amount less than 24 hours cancellation or same day reschedule.

-100% charge of the reserve service amount for NO SHOW.

-If you late your appointment more then 15 minute your appointment will be automatically cancel.

-We accept credit card with a 3% service fee.

SALON POLICY:

-Please be on time for appointment.

If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick with then 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately

  SALON SAFETY GUIDELINES

- Our salon is well-stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers and cleaning supplies.

- We will sanitize hands before beginning any services.

- We are following a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all carts, high-touch surfaces tools are disinfected on a regular basis with Governors Executive orders, CDC and DOH guidance.

- All equipments are disposable after each clients use and we clean each room with alcohol. 

- Employees who show symptoms will be required to stay home until they are symptom-free.
